Since April of 1999, Eagle Inspection Associates, Inc. has been
one of the best providers of quality home inspections throughout the entire state of Colorado. Based in Littleton, CO,
we have worked very hard to produce the best quality, computerized inspection reports with digital photos available in this
area. We have performed several thousand inspections and want to thank all of our past clients for continuing to refer
our company to their friends and co-workers - without your friendly referrals, we would not have realized the success that
we have experienced over the years!
In August of 2007,
Tom Rausch, the President and Owner of Eagle Inspection Associates, Inc. chose to retire from the inspection business and
is now a Transportation Consultant, working with the Federal Department of Transportation and various other national and international
transportation companies.
With regard to your new
your new contact for home inspections throughout the state of Colorado, Mr. Jim Michael, of 1st Choice Home Inspections, is one of the very best in the business - I would not have left all of my business with him unless I had every confidence
in the world that he could adequately "fill my shoes". I have every confidence in him that he will do a very
good job for you and all of your clients. Jim is a very experienced inspector, plus, he is a wonderful person and has
a real passion for this business. In my opinion, Jim is one of the best home inspectors in the business - he has a wonderful
attitude, a tremendous work ethic and I think that you will agree with me that he will be able to assist you very well in
